Is there a power on/off button for the Jumpr MAX?

  • Yes, the Jumpr MAX has a power on/off button.
  • To begin charging your device, connect the Jumpr MAX to your device with its Micro USB interface. Once connected, Press and hold the On/Off button until the blue LED lights are illuminated and you device indicates charging has begun.
  • To power the Jumpr MAX off, simply disconnect your device from the power bank. The Jumpr MAX will recognize that the device being charged has been disconnected and will turn off after duration of time with non-use.  
  • During Charging, the device may indicate the power level has reached 100% but still appears to be charging. This indicates the power pack HAS reached a 100% charge, and is simply trickle charging to keep the battery at full capacity. This is normal and will not affect or damage your devices battery. 

What is the difference between USB port 5V-OUT-A and USB port 5V-OUT-B?

  • USB port 5V-OUT-A is designed to charge devices needing up to 1 amp and below (i.e. small electronic devices – cell phones)
  • USB port 5V-OUT-B is designed to offer up to 2 amps to allow for medium sized electronics to be charged such as a table or iPad.

Approximately how long does it take to completely charge my Jumpr MAX from 0 – 100%?

  • Using the included micro USB cord, connect the Jumpr MAX to a power source, the EnerPlex Jumpr MAX will charge from 0 – 100%: 7-8 hours 

What does 10000 mAh mean?

  • mAh stands for Milliamps Hours. This is a unit for measuring electric power over time. mAh is used to describe the total amount of energy a battery can store at one time. EnerPlex Jumprs come in many sizes – 1350mAh, 1700mAh, 4400mAh, 3200mAh, 6200mAh, 9400mAh and 10,000mAh. Most smartphones internal batteries range from 1400mAh to 2500mAh


Is the Jumpr waterproof?

  • No. The EnerPlex Jumprs are NOT waterproof.

Can the Jumpr MAX charge two devices at once?

  • Yes, the Jumpr MAX can charge two small devices simultaneously using its two included USB ports. One port is regulated at 1amp while the second port is regulated to up to 2 amps. If the current draw from both devices is larger than the current available from the EnerPlex device, then the EnerPlex Jumpr will limit at its max current and the charging time will be a little longer for the two devices. If the current draw from both devices is lower than the current available from the Jumpr, then standard charging times would be expected.

Will the Jumpr MAX charge my laptop/tablets?

  • The Jumpr MAX CAN charge tablets such as iPads, Galaxy, and Kindles.
  • The Jumpr MAX CANNOT charge a laptop. Most laptops and 2-in-1s require a power source greater than 5 volt. An EnerPlex Jumpr’s current output is 5V. Most laptops and 2-in-1s require 12-19 volts.
